A commercial project to design and build 3 commercial units for Sainsbury’s, kennel gate, and a local veterinary. The site was an existing petrol station and convenience store which needed demolishing and the petrol tanks removing from the ground. Contamination was an issue and the ground had to be disposed of and re-made in the correct manner. The 10,000ft building was built with a steel frame with buff block and brick pillar wrap finish. King-span Products were used on the roof, and cladding with lighting and signage attached to the drop-down cladding at the sides of the building. New services were brought on-to site with landscaping and tarmacing for the car-park.
