A Commercial project to refurbish an existing restaurant utilising a night shift working schedule to allow the restaurant to be open during normal business hours. This work had to be planned in stages so that the works could be carried out each night and made good for public access the following morning. The works included,  M&E Upgrades, Kitchen Refurbishment, new cold store area, modular spaces and office partitions, including remedial works to restaurant floor and booths.
